Based off your info bro I would say keep your ppms around 1500 ppms thats with your ppm from the tap water. Place more emphasis on p and k and back off the n. It doesnt matter how specific you are with the added 3 elements just use more p and k but just a little n, just hover around the 1500 ppm mark and you will be fine. Just dont want to burn em thats more important to watch than worrying about the specific amounts of each element.
