 Slip up...damnit!Ugh... don't take vinegar, it doesn't do anything. The thought of people drinking that just makes me sick. 
 
 Use gatorade... not water. Also, what is *a lot* of creatine. Compared to the recommended values. I'm not going to be able to give you an answer if it was too much or not, but I know that question should be asked. It takes a couple days for your body to break it down.
