Swallowing Hits

I feel like there's been a thread made about this before, but who else gets FUCKED UP by swallowing hits?

I know when I'm smoking a dutch with homies I swallow a couple hits just to make sure I get fucked up for a little while. I often swallow by mistake when taking diesel hits on bongs or bowls also, and those always fuck me up. I remember when I was smoking with a friend of mine and he was fairly new to smoking, we had smoked a bowl and like 10 minutes after the bowl was kicked and we were watching TV he burped up a massive cloud of smoke. Funny shit.

It's going to damage your lungs worse than just exhaling the hits. It allows more tar build up. Enjoy having your chroncitis.

i think what hes trying to say is swallowing the hit into your stomach. so it really has nothing to do with your lungs collecting more tar, since none of the extra smoke isnt comign into contact with them.
