When should I plant my seeds in southern Ontario?

I plan to grow for my first time this year, unfortunatly this will have to be done outside. Anyhow I was wondering when I should get those seeds in the ground. Also, should I germinate them? thanks in advance

When should I plant my seeds in southern Ontario?

    i can't tell ya exactly

but i can piont ya in the right direction

    www.almanac.com

only you know how much of growing you know

so i assume you know the cycles

    i live in southeastern usa

VERNAL EQUINOX heralds spring at precisely 1:49 A.M. EST, March 20
to me spring is my start

i can get plants started and ready to transplant

In MAY i can safely put them in the ground without worry of a cold frosty night wiping out few weeks work,

    in june SUMMER . . . June 20, 8:57 P.M. EDT
    the time will change
the males will haved showed themself,or planning the attack
had late ones and early ones show up

    they get july
    and august
    to soak up the sun
so end of sept we have nice size plants too
and nice budds becuase its flowered under the brighest time we have in the sun

Here are the seasons for 2004:
    SPRING . . . March 20, 1:49 A.M. EST
    SUMMER . . . June 20, 8:57 P.M. EDT
    FALL . . . September 22, 12:30 P.M. EDT
    WINTER . . . December 21, 7:42 A.M. EST

convert what you know about indoor time cycles
    using dailylight hours

    sounds hard to some
    but
aint many DAYs in the year that they are
    exactly 12 hours day
    12 hours night
    need i say more.

    hope ive helped you someway
i have smoked a fat one typing this and
planning my own timeing chart in my head
    peace
