what to do with hermies?

i just have a quick question about hermies. what do you do with them? you just toss em or will they grow weed but seedy?

They will still produce buds, but will have seeds. Also they will pollinate your other females so they all have seeds. They can be male first and hermie and you'll get less bud than a female turning hermie... but in the end I tossed mine as I prefer seedless buds and the loss of the hermie plant will hopefully be made up for in the extra energy the other plants will have for buds (not wasting energy on seed production).
