Hi cloud,
Lose the azalea fertilizer. It will kill your plants almost instantly because the pH reuirements of Azalea sp. are SO acidic. There are many cannabis-specific fertilizers out there that are easy to use. I think botanicare pure blend pro grow is the hardest to screw up for a beginner.
Add more CFL lights if you can keep the space from overheating. Yield depends on available light.

Yes.
The only type of light you should use is flourescent (daylight or cool white are appropriate for vegging) or metal halide until you are ready to flower.
In my signature there's a link. Read that whole thread. It will get you started with some basic stuff. Sorry the posts aren't quite in order.

That type of light should end up about 2" from the plant.
With new clones however, you want to leave them under weak light until you see them start to stretch for it, then move it closer until they can bear it without wilting.
You see they are wilting? A thick large ziploc freezer bag over each like a mini humidity dome will help them not lose moisture so fast. Take it off for a little longer each day so they will adjust to their new home.
Seriously there's a whole section in my sticky about bringing home a new clone.
