it wasnt my first time smoking. i have a hookah in my house and have smoked it many times. i had mango, banana, and double apple and never had a problem before. this was my first time going to a hookah bar btw.

Man the first couple times I smoked hookah it was cool...tasted good...

Now I fuckin cant walk into a hookah bar without gettin sick....the smell makes me fucking nautious itself....

only time I threw up from hookah was after I drank half bottle of everclear....or threw up from....everclear..ha

I think the most likely answer is that you swallowed the hookah smoke, my friend. How else would smoke come out of your stomach? Plus, that could totally make you throw up because smoke is irritating (to your stomach).
