Sorry I am not trying to run away here, but im gonna ask a Q here.

I have these 2 bulbs and i was wondering if nebody knows if they r "quality"?

1. 400w MH conv. by a brand called "Grow Power". It says "Super Horicultural Lamp" on the box.

2. 400w HPS by "GrowBright". It says "LU400/HORT" on the side.
