hello fellow persons of intrest my name is matthew and i am getting involed in this site to gain knowledge of the issues that are at hand in other places to see what measures work and to see if i can get some kind of legal propisition started in west virginia,which we have a hemp law that the state will not issue permits for.one of the few states that are allowed to produce hemp but some how it is not happening. we also need a medical law for the use of medicinal cannabis so us hilljacks cant be the testing lab for harder drugs such as oxycontint and make the state a dependant of big pharma,which lied to get doctors to write fot them now we have an epidemic of opiod abuse when we can have what is natural and god given to us for such illnesses
