That doesn't look like mold to me. Mold generally attack dense colas, not leaves. If the humidity in your room is high enough, it's possible for mold to form on the leaves...but again, not as likely as forming inside the bud itself.

I can't get a very clear picture of the leaves, but it almost looks like they're suffering from a slight nutrient burn. If the spots on the leaves are necrotic, they're not going to heal themselves. But you will still be able to harvest and smoke them with little problems. If the trichomes are starting to turn cloudy, then you'll be ready to harvest soon. If I were you, I'd stop any nutrient feeding you may be using, and start flushing with clean water. This'll help to wash away excess fertilizer out of the soil, and will make your final cured product a smoother smoke. Also, it should help to prevent any more of the leaves from becoming necrotic...if it is indeed a nutrient burn that's ailing them.
