Another guy needs some advise...
I smoked on Nov. 22, 23, 24, and 25 (thanksgiving weekend). I only smoked a couples bowls each night. I have a UA on Monday (Dec, 10)
I failed my home tests day before yesterday and today. It was a thick red line too, I am scared I may not pass on Monday and I have to. It is at a lab, I am nervous they might watch, I have been watched before and don't want to chance it. I'm 5'7 and 165, not fat tho. What do you think I should do? Do you think I could be fine? Normally I pass in a week after smoking, this time it's taking forever!

I would suggest reading the DILUTION STICKY and follow it to a T. EXERCISE as much as you can UNTIL about Saturday morning. You may want to start eating red meat a day or two before your test, but refrain from exercising within that same 2 days. Also, in that last 2 days eat low fiber and high fat. There's plenty more hints given in this forum with some time reading. Good luck and please post your results of your test.

Thanks, I have been eating cranberry pills and drinking cranberry juice like crazy. I've been going to the gym to. Was doing the Atkins diet to burn fat but stopped today when I failed. I thought I would start the cranberry = carb. Taking creatine too, and multi-vits.
