You explained yourself pretty well. Or its the fact that I too have the same type of issue, or used to. Mainly its all in your head, its seems like you know that already. You just need to find something else to keep your mind off of it. I know this probally wont help but I do 2 things to curb the addiction. First off, when im finishing off a sack I will not buy one immediately because I like to tell myself that I need to build up some tolerance so that next time I get to smoke it will be that much better. Also, I like to only try to smoke when im gettin ready to do something I dont like to do, like clean the house, shitty work order at work, stuff like that. You'll find it conserves it pretty well. Sometimes I just plain dont have the money for it, that helps too. But if you start to make sacrifices financially to buy a sack you really need to tell yourself to make the better decision. It just comes down to its all in your head...and its your brain, take control over it.
