what happens when you die?

Listen up, when you die. You Die. Theres no "After life," theres no "Ganja Heaven" (Unfortunately) Theres no "Being reborn," theres no Hell/Heaven." When you die. You die. Your brain shuts down and your non-existent, theres no euphoria or feeling of "Being free." When you die....you die. Thats it completely gone. Look at animals and insects and tiny little "micro-bugs" in water. Life is so fragile. Theres no escaping the HARSH reality of death. No Book (Bible and such) can do anything but numb the horrible feeling of life eventually coming to end. END.<-----Notice the period) Take a look at FasterSpider's response. if you were to die and then be brought back to life (i.e electric things) you'll open your eyes...and forget what just happened. Its like blacking out, where you lose consiousness,(SP) You were dead and life was over for those 2 minutes. (Or whatever)

Its harsh, and its a reality. The bible is false. Im sorry, you can keep living your meaningful lives hoping and wishing and praying to the neon god you made, but nothing will change your death. Hey, thats my belief, and if there is a god, well then im probably going to hell, right? Which is logically impossible to exist.

By the way, im agnostic. Not atheist. Taunt me and complain how "your god," IS real, and how im wrong. It wont alter my interpretation of this life.

Remember, that doesnt mean life istn worth living, cause it is.

I still haven't quite made up my mind on death. I like to humor all the different possibilities to see if and how it would change how I lived my life. If I truly believed that there was no after life, I certainly wouldn't throw out my morals like most of the believers would argue. Just continue to live life and be happy. As anyone should do, no matter the outcome. Life has a funny way of completely knocking you on your ass when you finally figure out "The meaning of life."

no not really it depends on how u look at it thats like saying u see someone beating the fuck out of his/her dog every day till the dog is almost dead are u saying the owner should still be able to keep the dog? so if someone is not valuing there life and trying to kill themselfs or misstreating there body in a way to where they could die and hurt not only them but the people around them r u saying they are deserving of any respect?

sorry but i don't respect people that don't respect themselfs just like i don't respect people that beat dogs same thing.ur life is the most valuable thing u have so to not care about ur own life deserves no respect from either side in life or death, and since u don't believe in god or life after death, then it would'nt matter anyways as in ur mind or the like, were all just living to die and be nothing anyways so why would it matter??well in that matter why are we even having this chat as it don't mean shit either as were all gonna cease to be one day not to move on to anything better or anything like that.

I don't need to believe in God, heaven or an afterlife for my life to have plenty of meaning thanks. You must have a lot invested in your belief system to think like that.

it seems there has been alot of death around me lately and it got me wondering, what happens

is there heaven, or hell

do you know that you are dead or are you just gone forever

are you conscious? do you just rot away and thats the end of all the experiences you will ever have, or is there something else?

i wish i knew man but i thought i would just post this and get some of your thoughts

me personally i have no idea, but i refuse to believe we just die and thats it i think something happens but im not sure what

Don't know... I think we just die and rot.. Our "souls" are just our character and conscience. Before we die, we know if we lived life positively or otherwise. I think thats the closest you get to heaven or hell, the last minutes before your death. maybe that's why sudden(and un-natural) deaths are so sad.


but yea, i think our bodies just decompose.....

well in the way u believe whats the diffrence man..dog..were all just matter floating around right.so why would it matter that he is a man and a dog is just a dog?what makes us any diffrent if there is no god and in the way u believe ie big bang or whatever were we came from apes,then would'nt u and the dog be the same? equal? so why would the dog be any less in value?
