what happens when you die?
That's so trippy. Sometimes I don't like thinking about that kind of stuff because it kind of seems like a waste of time since no one knows. It's cool to think about it though when you're high because you get really into it. I've had some pretty deep conversations about it when I've been blitzed.

That brings up an interesting point. Do you think that people can dream when they're dead, but just never wake up? Sounds very unlikely considering that the brain does absolutely nothing when you're dead, but it's interesting.I mean, if a trooper sees a joint in my hand, and i\'m at the wheel of a car, i\'m busted... but for some reason, I never get pulled over for eating too many candybars...

There was a doctor and medical scientist, during the French Revolution, who was arrested for some reason and sentenced to the guillotine. He told one of his protégés to observe his eyes after his head was cut off, because he wanted to conduct a final experiment, by blinking his eyes, to see if the brain was still conscious. The observer wrote that his friend blinked three times immediately following the guillotine.

I think the 11% of our brain thing means that we only use 11% of our brain at a TIME. i'm almost positive we've mapped out the brain for all its observable uses. Key word being "observable" i guess.

When you die, you come before God Almighty. Face to face.
If you don't know him, then there is reason to be afraid.
If you do know him, then it's all good.

So do animals meet God Almighty as well? and if they do, do they fear him since they are not intelligent enough to know "know him"?
i see no difference in the death of an ant, a dolphin, a bird, or a human. iv humored so many conversations with people claiming only humans have souls, but animals don't. it's a package deal.
our ansestors, the folks who breached the stretch between animal and human, had burial rituals for eachother.
i like what someone else said on here recently, it's something i've always thought as well: when you die, it's just like before you were born. nothing.I mean, if a trooper sees a joint in my hand, and i\'m at the wheel of a car, i\'m busted... but for some reason, I never get pulled over for eating too many candybars...

To a degree yea.
Do you guys believe in souls? If so, what constitutes a soul? I'm not challenging or anything, I really just want to hear what people think.I mean, if a trooper sees a joint in my hand, and i\'m at the wheel of a car, i\'m busted... but for some reason, I never get pulled over for eating too many candybars...
