Take some dried parsley or some finely chopped tobacco (consistency of weed is what you want) and just practice with cheap papers. The single hardest part of most people's rolling is getting the edge of the paper tucked in so it actually rolls. You just have to do it over and over until you find a way to get it to work for you. It's a learned behavior

Remember that you start by putting the stuff in the paper and holding the paper shut and actually sliding it back and forth to roll the stuff into a cylindrical shape. You can never do this too much, do it for a good minute at first (you'll get better). Pinch the paper close to the stuff so that it forms a nice tight shape. It'll keep the shape if you did it right (you can open the paper and set it flat and still ahve a cylindrical mass of weed at the center). If you can get the stuff to keep its shape, rolling the paper around it becomes easy business
