Some days I feel like I am becoming more wise with age, but then again I have dealt with a lot as a kid, so even as a kid I have felt very wise in the ways of life, but only certain aspects. But there are the days when I think "wtf! I'm 30?" when I still feel like I should be 19 or something. So in general I don't really feel my age, but thats a good thing!
