Busted: A citizen's guide to surviving police encounters
the first cop ever to pull me over was one of these non-nazi guys hahaha I felt so good about the encounter i had since he said "boy, I can smell the alcohol from your mouth" and i wasn't even 21 plus i was driving @ 4 am and 5 miles or so over speed limit... i ended up passing the soberity test, and nothing on me with a clean record, so he came to my car and told me i can go... was lucky he didnt force me on a breathalyzer cuz i didnt know at the time i can say no to that as well!!

i think this will explain it better: there is a legal limit for alcohol in system and driving... however if u are below the legal limit, u will be considered impaired but not fully intoxicated

Busted: A citizen's guide to surviving police encounters For some of you young adults such as myself out there, this video could possibly provide you with knowledge to make yourself much less susceptible to being busted in certain circumstances; I was never aware you could refuse a search without probable cause until I watched this. I watch this every couple months or so.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqMjMPlXzdA Rating: 5
