I have a feeling I would take it if 'twere offered to me.

After a few hundred years, maybe even up to a thousand on Earth, I will hopefully be able to leave it in a stable state, and go explore the universe. I want to experience a supernova. I want to watch a star collapse, then begin sucking everything in its gravitational field, including light, in. I want to enter a black hole and see what it feels like to be reduced to a singularity. Humanity's purpose in this universe is to experience. All experiences are logged in a collective pool of knowledge. I would love to contribute... to learn... To observe and perceive these phenomenae for myself.

I would not travel in a ship; I would essentially soar through the cosmos, analagous to the Silver Surfer.

Does the potion also convey super abilities like flying and being able to survive supernovas? In that case I'm in! Simple imortality is not interesting, but Godlike power interests me....

I would not want to live forever. There is no excitement in life without alittle fear and the most universal fear is the fear of death. Think about that feeling you get in your gut when you look over a ledge of something really high that feeling wouldn't exsist. No death = less excitment.

Death does not scare everybody, though.

I would not. Personally, I think 80 or so is fine. I already worry how I'm going to survive in my old age as it is.
I'm not afraid of dying. Everybody does it. I think I just worry about how I'm going to die. In my sleep would be nice!
