Hermafrodite???
Yes, just cut it off. In pic two that's a male preflower, but you've also got female preflowers - therefore it's a hermie. Just cut it off, or pull it off carefully. Make sure you keep checking the plants, if anymore appear, do the same. Take them off carefully. If you start seeing more and more male preflowers [the little balls that contain the pollen] and the male preflower overtake the female preflowers, just get rid of the plant. for now though, i think you can control it.

Hermafrodite???
I got a similar problem, I just don't understand what's happening. I had a couple of plants and I got bad spidermites, also the plants did receive a little nute burn and heat stress, but nothing major except the mites. I had to harvest the bud early, 5 1/2 weeks and I cut it all off the branches today and I noticed a seed pod with a half formed seed in it. What the hell is this?, my plant has no male flowers, I have not been in contact to any pollen anywhere else but still a seed appears to have been forming. This strain is actually a bagseed I got in a baggie off a friend, but can a plant actually give seeds without turning hermaphrodite and not receiving any outside pollen? I got rid of the mites and will try to finally get a grow with no stress, but I still don't get how this premature seed has formed.

Heat stress is a classic cause of herms. Male flowers can be so tiny and insidious that you probably didn't even notice them. They will form in the bud among the calyxes too. A seed or two isn't the end of the world anyway. Label it and stash it away for emergency backup if yo ureally liked the plant, or toss it, or give it to your hamster.

Here is my hermie plant.I have another plant but it has not shown sex yet.I think i will hang on to the hermie in case the other plant is a male.
You can still smoke hermies?I suppose i will have some seeds for next time

I agree LIP.Its full of balls+i just took a good look at the other plant and i can see the 2 pistions coming out and no signs of balls so its a female.
I will get rid of the hermie later.
Can any of it be smoked?

I took all the leaves and balls and buds of the plant, left it by the fire for the day until it was crispy.
I then had enough for 2 joints.I smoked them and got a nice little buzz
