    Hermafrodite???

Hey...got a little question. Any help...??
I got four shivas from seeds in second week of flowering..All of a sudde n ONE little nutsack has appeared on one of the plants. It got buds though. So its an hermafrodite?? But its only one seed...just discovered it so im giving it another 24 hours before i kick it out. Here is the question..Is it possible to cut the branch or remove the nutsack from it and not get pollination on the other females??? Would post a pic but the ladies are asleep...

    Hermafrodite???

Well, first of all, you need to post in the right forum.

You can pull it off and carry on flowering it as a female, just keep checking and pulling them off carefully. If it gets too much, and is more male than female, get rid. Just make sure none of the balls open up before or while your pulling them off.

    Edit: Thread got moved

Nah, you dont need to cut any branches. You can, but it might make the problem worse - try and not cut anything, if at all possible. You dont want to stunt the growth or stress the plant anymore!

    Hermafrodite???

If it's a seed, it was already pollinated. A seed does not mean your plant is a hermaphrodite, only that it was exposed to a grain of pollen.
If you find small yellow male FLOWERS, then yes it is a herm, and you need to remove them with a pair of tweezers after putting a drop of water on the flower to deactivate the pollen.

Pic 2, that's a male flower. Get it off there NOW before it opens. And keep watch over the rest of the plants for herm flower production.
