I've been given that advice as well to do a light dilute (drink 20oz of gatorade or something to that effect. The sodium is supposed to raise your specific gravity, I think so at least). Also, I took creatine tabs, so its supposed to help as well. Get a home test and take that right before hand for a little added piece of mind. It won't measure for a diluted specimen (I think the gs/ms does that) but you'll see how your sitting right before hand.

I understand the stressing out part. Especially when you have a pregnant wife (and given it's your first one you'll be stressing even more) and changing jobs. A lot to think about there, and not being able "medicate" sometimes sucks. This I know.

Be careful about stressing, I've read on here that anxiety and lack of sleep can cause you to release metabolites into urine, but I don't know how accurate that is. Trust me, you'll have plenty of time for anxiety and no-sleep in the coming years.
