    first grow

    well this is my first grow.. how does it look?

    i am growing Great White Shark and its in its 3rd week of flowering


    i have 7 CFL's in total
    (2) 42w - 2700k
    (2) 23w - daylight
    (3) 23w - 2700k - 3500k i dont remember

    Looking good, but your bottom leaves are showing some sort of deficiency or other issue. Post some pics focusing on those leaves.

    My guess is heat stress near the lamps. (1st picture)

    I have no experience with CFL grows, but do they usually look lime-green?

    If that stuff on bottom is getting zero light, you might consider doing some trimming. CFLs don't penetrate very well, and if you have leaves in the dark, the plant is wasting energy. I usually trim that stuff off so the plant can use it's energy on new leaves and buds, instead of trying to preserve useless leaves. :thumbsup:

    thanks.. the yellow leaves have been trimmed off.

    i ordered a 400 w hps it says its scheduled to be here tommorow

    will post new pics today

    Plants only look lime-green because of the way the fluorescent light hits the plant,so they're still nice and MJ green.
