Is this marijuana ? PLEASE HELP

Hey everyone
about 4 weeks ago i germinated 2 marijuana seeds ( very strong strain of ak - 47 ) and they were in the soil out in my backyard , after 2 days i checked on them and one was completely gutted and dead , the other one was no where to be seen and in anger i kicked the soil around and even if it was growing would of killed it for sure , i forgot about it , and 2 weeks later i come to my backyard and see this little green sprout coming out of the soil where i put them , it has a white/green fuzzy stem and 2 little cotyledon leaves and one really small one and im not sure if its marijuana ! ille give it another couple weeks but i was wondering if any of you can positively identify it as marijuana .. i just dont wanna be a douche and water a weed in the ground is all!

Nope, not a cannabis plant.

You can tell by the leaves. They do not consist of cannabis leave traits. They are too short, round and present only 1 clove per leave. Not cannabis at all.
