Read the substitution sticky. Do an advanced search for gender or sex or other similar terms in the drug testing section only. The answer is plastered all over here.

it only shows if she is pregnant.... or is that if *HE* is pregnant....or??????

It would not show if she or he is pregnant because they don't test for that. why would they waist money on that to get lucky .0009% of the time. I don't think it is legal and if they said I failed because the test said I was pregnant I would say "The form I filled out was for a drug test, not a pregnancy test, I did not give you permission for that test and I am gonna get a lawyer." Besides, I would assume they would be singling you out unless they do it for everY person, male or female, black or white, old or young, able or disabled. It's harassment because "Why are they running a pregnancy test on a male's urine" and there are privacy acts and clauses. Not to mention confidentiality laws. If I understand correctly you have to sign a waiver that you agree to what test they do. Ask for in writing if you are concerned "What exactly do you test for?" If it does not say pregnancy they you are golden, if they do it anyhow then I say they are liable for back pay/loss of wages, embarrassment and maybe even a nice suit from the girl who donated the piss. Because "She was pregnant and it's a secret, her business only, and they did not have permission to test for it." I think I could go on forever saying the same stuff over and over but anyhow, good luck.
