    Got a call from the doctor today

    i took a hair test and obviously he has the results, but i missed the call.

    would they only call me if i failed?

    In my experience, no news is good news. The only time I ever got a call from the lab after a test was to ask me if I had a prescription for marijuana because I tested positive for it. Not saying you have anything to be worried about, but I'd give that guy a call sooner than later.
