anyone know whats going on here??

anyone ever seen anything like this??one of my small purple tops is growing weird,it appears to have no growing top,the 1st set of true leaves appeared then as the 2nd set opened it became clear it is just 1 rertarded leaf,and the main stem has in effect become a leaf stem,with a weird leaf on top,it's almost as though the top is actually still inside the main stem which seems to be splitting with small bits of leaf sticking out,anyone know what will happen with it?i may as well let it grow as it's supposedly feminized

every once in a while, you'll get a plant with a weird anomoly like that. my last grow, i had a plant that had some fan leaves with tiny buds growing in the middle where the fingers come out.
