will foliar feeding with lite nuts burn your plant to were the leaves have yellow spots around the sides of them and the top of the plants leaves are drooping down and getting skinny i dont think its a ph problem its at 6.5 and ppm at 1200 the water in the resivoir is at 70 degrees get all the co2 it needs and sufficient nuts. there are 4 internal fans two drawing in fresh air while also sucking out air from inside to a cocoa filter. air stones are working and no sign of rootbound or algea. could be a nitrogen prob maybe,i heard that blueberry sucks up alot while budding. any help would be appreciated-thanks

I'm moving this to 'plant problems'.
Can you please state your problem more coherently? I'm having trouble making sense of the original post.
Only thing I can say for sure is that your res pH is WAY high ( I assume since you have a res you are in hydro? You didn't specify). You need to get it down to around 5.8 or so.
At teh top of the plant problems forum there's a sticky of what we need to know to troubleshoot.

    -indoor
    - hydroponic
    -rockwool and clay balls
    -r/o
    -6.5
    -6 weeks total ,4 veg/2 flower
-pro bloom plus.pot'o'gold for enzymes, cal-mag,hydrozyme
-every two weeks 10 gallon res
    -400 hps-12 inches from top
    -12/12
-2 fans inside the chamber that sucks air and smell out into coca filter and 2 more inside the canopy blowing air from outside, on the light. Then i bought a additional fan to fit over the abs pipe sticking out the side for extra intake. plus theres a store bought fan that i have inside to help the leaves move.

Yup, high pH is doing a number on the girls. Get it down below 6.
Be sure temps at the canopy remain below 86 degrees.
And I think your fert solution could be rather on the heavy side from the looks of things.
