Flowering time starts at light change or bud forming?
Like the title says, I was wondering if advertised flowering times are starting from 12/12 light switch or when buds begin to form (about two weeks later)?

Flowering time starts at light change or bud forming?
Day 1 of 12/12 ,
Doesn't take 2 weeks for buds to form either unless theres a problem .
