Last I checked, under the rules of engagement, you shoot at someone who is shooting at you. So this killing of hundreds of thousands of civilians.....if they have a gun and are shooting Americans, that doesn't make them a civilian, it makes them a combatant. .

What engagement are you talking about?
Iran has not attacked anyone so how is your statement relevant?
America has a history of agressive behaviour towards any country they feel isn't playing to the US tune. That's assuming they haven't covertly managed to undermine duly elected leaders like in Chile.

Another thing regarding this.......since when does the left believe ANYTHING that U.S. intelligence has to say. Hey, use the information when it fits your agenda and discard it when it don't.
