dude, since your a cheapo, make a rubbermaid grow box. Its kinda cheap and it gets the jerb done. Here's a pic of mine working just fine! My motivation was off of bodoms rubbermaid ideas in the I believe, FAQ part of the board.

u would have a humidity problem...
the reason they tell u to put ur clippings it a brown bag or box is because it pulls out the water in it well if u have a grow room ur trying to keep humid and the walls of the grow room keep absorbing the water in the air... the walls will become warpped and ur chances or mold and fungus will sky rocket dont do it

Depends, what your growing and thus why your growing. I'm growing for my self really, and I want quality fast growing so I'm starting with lowryder2, I can fit 8 8 inch pots in there (50 gal tub) and will do fine with only growing lowryder2.

A normal size plant say an indica, you could prolly fit 2 plants in there. Which would be 5 27w bulbs per plant.

None of it could get your max yield, but then again I'm growing only for my self. And I need a stealth grow in my closet so....this fits me well.
