All of a sudden im getting bad trips.

Lately after i smoke weed, i get this feeling in my mouth.

-I have to think about breathing.
-Feels like i cant swallow(i feel like im going to choke if i eat something)
-I cant really feel my saliva in my mouth. Its getting so bad that i have to spit my saliva out and then swallow cause i feel i have to much saliva in my mouth to swallow without choking.
-After the high is over my throat hurts.

Also its not just new weed, its every weed i do now i cant stop it..I used to love weed now im about to quit cause i cant take it no more.

Does anyone else ever got this. Anyone know a way to stop from getting this trip?

You sound like you're dehydrated, but you also say that you have an excess amount of saliva in your mouth, which is confusing. The only discomfort/anxiety I get from smoking too much can be cured by drinking some water and taking a few deep breaths.

Happens sometime ! Seem like your saliva is there but is too thick to be swallowed or somthing ! The real trick ... always have water with you when you smoke ! Stoners need water :jointsmile:

smoke outside so your free to spit all you want, then when you come in get youself a nice glass of juice or something. Besides that i dunno what to say, maybe smoke less or change your change your method of smoking [if your smoking blunts try a bowl or visa versa]

try vaporizing. i used to get a lot of these symptoms. the difficulty swallowing is definitely a symptom of smoke inhalation, as may be the trouble breathing as well. if you don't have lots of cash, go ghetto like me and make a lightbulb vape.

Always have something to drink with you. Things that hydrate you are better, I always like to have a bottle of gatorade around, but sometimes I just crave water.

Gatorade sometimes will just feel thick and kinda stick to your mouth, at least that what it felt like to me sometimes. Water just hydrates and cools you down and all that good stuff.

I used to get all those symptoms. What I would do is always drink about 2-4 glasses of water before I smoke, as well as eat a little, then after I would smoke I'd immediately drink about 2 glasses of water or so. You'd be surprised how much that will help.

I had the same problems about 2-3 weeks ago, stay hydrated. Drink before, during, and after smoking...it makes a world of difference. I also found that even after hydrating, you may still feel these symptoms just on a smaller scale...ignore them its your mind, enjoy the high.
