I agree with lots of yours, TX Girl!
"Silence of the Lambs" Hannibal Lecter/Anthony Hopkins - Deeply and truly evil and scary
"Seven" John Doe/Kevin Spacey - Chilling. Spacey is one of my favorite actors.
"Fatal Attraction" Alex/Glenn Close - Psycho-crazy
"Natural Born Killers" Mickey/Woody Harrison - Woody has some crazy-criminal stuff in his family background. His dad was a convicted killer. I think he draws on that.
One of the scariest bad guys I have seen was a relatively unknown actor in a Ron Howard movie called "The Missing." He was the evil Apache, El Brujo, who kidnapped the star character's daughter and other young girls. The actor was Eric Schweig. His portrayal of a wicked bad guy was astonishingly frightening.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

Saruman, because he managed to trap me on top of that tower for a while. And let me tell you, it was cold! But I kicked his ass in the end; he didn't anticipate me, the hobbits, and ents being homies.

Yeah I agree with a lot of what's been said... heres some that come to my mind
Kill Bill Vol. 1 & 2 , Bill - So heartless, and calm at all times, David Caradine was great in this role
Hannibal Lecter - Hannibal the cannibal is super creepy, Anthony Hopkin's will kinda creepy in any film cause I always think of Hannibal
Seven, John Doe - He's so self-righteous about it it makes it so much creepier
The Devils Advocate - Al Pacino was great as the devil
Scarface - Gotta mention that one too
Fight Club, Brad Pitt as Tyler Durden
The Warden in Cool Hand Luke
Darth Vader
Denzel's charachter in Training Day, i forget his name
