here i have 3 plants growing in a wardrobe , 2 are well in to budding stage , and the 3rd plant has no sign of it , this plant also drinks alot less water than the other 2 , but take a look for your self

To me they look light starved and or root bound (needs a bigger pot).
Probably the one that won't grow is root bound.
And your light should have been closer to the tops of the plants when you were vegging them.

they are rootbound, and the had too much stretch in the grow cycle

1 gallon per foot of plant.
so if you plan on having a 4 ft. plant at harvest, put them bitches in a 4 gallon pot.

But since they are all in rather small pots, and 2 have indeed shown, I would also check for light leaks.
Are they all the same strain, or bagseed from the same bag, or bagseed NOt from the same bag?
