i have a really low budget and i dont know what to do i have a lil drawer thing a little over 60cm high is that to low to grow i have no idea what to do where to get seeds and what tye of lights to use plzzzzzz helpppppppp

Here Broseph, let me give you the run down.

Yes, 60cm is probably too small. Light's. CFL's(Compact Fluorescent lights) are cheap and easy to use. Good for you since your on a budget. Go to Wal-mart and Buy at least 4- Daylight Spectrum CFL's For Vegging, and Soft warm for Flower. Soil-Try to find some Fox Farm Ocean Mix. Easy Noob Soil. I still use it >_<. Nutrients- Fox Farms.

This all probably make no sense to you, that why you must READ!!!!!!!

-Lighting
-Soil/Hydro
-Nutrients
-Seeds/Genetics
-Vegetive/Flowering Cycles
-Everything about how to grow MJ.

Nobody is going to tell you exactly how to grow. You have to learn, and put in Work, lots of time, and patience. IMHO there really is no such thing as a "Budget Grow". Even Done Right it still is going to cost more than you probably would like to spend.

60cm is WAY to small of a hieght.....i think the smallest plant you could grow would be lowryder....between 30-50cm....need to leave room for your lights and pots....find a better cab first, then come back for more help

60 cm is enough to grow a small plant if you look into LST and scrog techniques. people have been able to grow decent plants in computer cases which are generally smaller that 60cm.

ive grown some nice bud in a 60 cm high drawer unit
i just used lst (low stress training)<get some info about that
it isnt ideal but its possible just make sure you get some fans
small box + 5 or 6 cfls will get quite hot (well mine did)
as CannabisCarl2134 said you need to do some reading
