Dude.....They are weeds, they want to grow. Put them in some dirt, give em air and light, they will grow.....I think you are just messing with them too much and you are killing them. You should try not disturbing them so much, just sprout a seed, throw it in the medium, water it, don't water again till dirt is very dry, repeat.
