Just done my good samaritan bit for the day.
I needed fuel for my bike and when I got to the petrol station there was a lady struggling to change a flat on her car. I offered to do it for her and she accepted so my good deed for the day is done .

My 'bout with Bell's Palsey last year has really screwed up my left eye. When I close the right eye, the left is like looking through a REALLY DIRTY windshield.

I just returned from a bad day at work, where despite the good job I am doing several people decided to find things to complain to me about. I returned home after cycling 8 km in the feeezing wind to find a note from our landlord telling us to be more clean and tidy, despite the fact I just spent the whole weekend gutting the kitchen and cleaning the mess left by the previous arsehole who just left on on saturday (good riddance). I'm now finding solace in a bottle of "number 7", despite the fact I still can't shake off this damn cold I got. I'm in a "I don't give a shit what happens tomorrow, I've fucking had enough of the world" mood. Chin's up!
