Getting the bowels moving?
Well, I finally went and I've become disturbingly good at self-administering enema's. And no I'm not embarrased about that, I don't believe in any part of the body being taboo. I want to be a doctor one day, but I won't undertake that massive task for a few years when I'm more mentally together. So I can't be squeemish about these things lol.
That's a good list birdgirl, and appricots work too! My mom's a nurse and says they use prunes and appricots in the hospitals for opioid analgesic patients all the time. Think I'll start drinking apple jiuce to see if that works, thanks for the tip.
600mg tramadol a day, up from my usual 400 (which I'm back down to). That's on top of 200mg celebrex, 1-1.5 grams acetaminophen, and occasionally I'll throw in 600mg ibeprophen. I don't know of those extra's would contribute, but not that I've heard of.what type of painkillers are you talking about?
Thanks for the advice everybody
