Spidermites, Black gnats, Caterpillars....?? Go buy some spray, wash the leaves Underneath and on top, reapeat as directed.

My plant has grown to about a foot tall now... and now I think there is some sort of pest on it because the leaves are developing small holes in them... I dont see any pests though.
