Depends on the circumstances. If someone came at me with a gun, obviously, I'd freeze and do what they said. If they were unarmed but looked way bigger and stronger than me, I'd try and flee. But my gut tells me if I thought I had a shot, I'd fight. Certainly I'd fight to defend myself or my property or my family under the right circumstances.

Once about 10 years ago at Wal-Mart, someone tried a real fast snatch-and-grab of my purse out of the shopping cart on the way out to the parking lot. I was faster. I snatched his wrist and twisted it (I look tall and willowy/flimsy, but I'm actually strong as an ox and know a lot of restraining holds) and he dropped the purse. I tried to hold onto him but he finally got away. I surprised that guy, and although my husband and the police were mad at me for putting myself at risk, it felt like I'd done the right thing. It wasn't like I had time to plan my response anyway; I acted on instinct. I'd do the same thing today. That whole incident was captured on the surveillance cameras, and that guy was snatching purses in stores throughout the area. They finally busted him.
