k, just to clear things up, here are my definitons (and the ones relevant to this thread)

freeze - pretty obvious... you just freeze up, can't think can't act you just have no idea what to do..
fight - someone wants to take your life, so you defend it by taking his.. a manager accuses you of being the reason supplies are coming up missing so you stick to your guns and never give in, even if it means costing you this job
flight is abit harder, i think it needs to be split into two groups actually...

1. you run from anything, as long as it's conflict you run the opposite way...
2. you will do ANYTHING to avoid the confrontation/problem, but you WILL NOT be made a fool of... you will stand your ground, but only if it's a last resort

(for those unfamiliar, it's about being confronted, either physically, as in a fight, or by other means such as being called on your bullshit it's pretty simple really... you're confronted, generaly speaking do you choose to stick it out and fight, tuck tail and run, or do neither and just freeze with no idea whatsoever exactly on what to do?
