Working out

I havent smoked at all today...actually since tuesday now that I think about it. I just worked out for about an hour on my upper body, and in the past I have felt a slight buzz from this ,but this time I really pushed myself and I definatly feel a strong buzz. Im thinking ive burned some fat which could have released some THC? Whatever it is...I like it :thumbsup:

lol, true that. the buzz you are feeling is endorphines and adrenaline. releaed due to exercise. that is why exercise the the best and most natural anti depressent. wikid init
