Nah, if you've got a seed you can plunk it in some potting soil mixed with a little perlite. Fertilize every now and then while you are watering. PC is correct, but on the other hand, it's a weed. It wants to grow. Throw about 3 23W CFL's over it, and watch it come to life. Add a couple more when you switch to the bud cycle. Cheap and easy and fun for your first weed harvest.
