what is a tds meter, thanks for the post, i have been reading a lot but there are a lot to go through ha so its easier to ask what i specificaly want to know, so not enough light, get all 4 for veg, and 4 for flowering?

I just bought this set-up for my first time growing experience,i got the power grow eco from gh. i wanted to start off small, and learn what im doing with just one plant or so. i also purchased the Sun Blaze 44 T-5 high output fluorescent light, with the 2 veg bulbs and 2 flowering bulbs. i bought some nutes but i dont think they are the right kind, fox farm grow big 3-2-6 and i also have what came with the the power grow, they are, GH flora bloom, flora micro, flora gro.
