Pics of my 1st grow using energy saver lights
Yes, I would suggest getting rid of that aluminum foil as well. It could reflect and create hotspots on part of your plant, and possibly burn parts of it. If you're looking for a good way to not waste light, get a good reflector for your lights. Secondly, maybe try putting up mylar on your walls.
