It's not necessary to mention you're straight. If you're gay on the other hand and you want people to know the lifestyle you chose then you would mention that you're gay. Similar to if you're a stoner. You wouldn't introduce yourself to someone as a "non-stoner" but if you were a proud potsmoker it would probally be one of the first things that come to mind. :stoned:

Well I am Gay and I am a Stoner, so I put 2 things I am proud of, to make one username I was sure noone else would of had.

The name is fine, but to announce it was overboard in my opinion. How can you be PROUD of being gay? That doesn't make sense, I can't imagine what would happen if I went around telling people I'm PROUD to be straight, don't you think that would be a little weird?
