Quick fix and body temp Ok- so I had one other question- (sorry )- I know that QF 4.0 comes with the little heater but I live in south florida and I'm afraid it's just not needed but- my question is approx how long do I have if I just get it at temp and then keep it close to my...body (I'm a girl):jointsmile:...Would the temp continue to rise or remain level for several hours.
