Quick fix and body temp

Ok- so I had one other question- (sorry )- I know that QF 4.0 comes with the little heater but I live in south florida and I'm afraid it's just not needed but- my question is approx how long do I have if I just get it at temp and then keep it close to my...body (I'm a girl):jointsmile:...Would the temp continue to rise or remain level for several hours. The reason I ask is because the drive there is somewhere under half and hour and then they make you wait once they take ur id and you cannot leave that little waiting room until you've given them the sample. I passed once with real "lemonade" from a clean donor and the second time the temp was 102F !!!:wtf: This was a while ago. Any advice on what to do and what not to do during this time to keep it proper?

One last question ( I think)...does the box of QF have the exp date on it or do you just have to chance it and hope it's not too old?

The best way to do it is to nuke it for 10 seconds,check to see what the temp is and if its in the upper 90's stick it in your underwear between your legs. It'll stay at temp for a couple hours that way. If its a little to warm when you do the test just pour it in the cup and blow on it till the temp is down. It cools down fairly quickly. If you screw up and its too cool,rub your thumb agains your clothes briskly and hold it against the temp strip for a few seconds till you get the temp just right.
The QF I buy doesn't have a date stamp on it.

According to Spectrum Labs, the QF has a shelf life of 18-24 months. Look on the enclosed instructions sheet for the batch code. The code denotes the batch date of manufacture. The shelf life begins on the date of manufacture.

Example: F9C-07 (Sept '07)

Why? You wont be doing any harm to just open the box and take out the instruction sheet
