why practice?

Hey guys, I was surprised by my employer and I need to pass a test tomorrow. I have have purchased some Quick Fix 4.0 and I am not worried about it.

I am worried a bit about temperature. Is that the reason for practicing? To try and get a good temp?

If I pre-heat the bottle in the microwave and just secure the bottle to my body and I DO NOT USE the little heater, do you think I will achieve the correct temp?

I got a bit scared about the temp when I read a few of the other threads!:smokin:

hey guys, I forgot to ask. What temperature are we trying to reach on the outside indicator strip?

the temp will pass if its anywhere from 90-98F. they allow for a range but what you do not want is piss thats 100 as its hotter than your body....red flag.
read the directions, when i used it i put it in the microwave for 10sec, shook up the bottle and got a temp reading, idk if i needed to go another 5sec, then just get some spandex and tuck it up under your balls. good to go.
you can put the heater to help maintain the temp if you have to keep it tucked on for a few hours, i didnt but i only had like 20min btw heating and testing

I am testing it right now. I have to pass a test tomorrow at 8am.

I cooled the bottle to near outside temp (roughly 70 degrees, did I mention I live in AZ?). I then nuked it for 10 seconds, which made the bottle reach 100 degrees. It is now resting in my nether regions (balls area), and I will test the temp in 30 minutes!

I have checked it twice in the last hour, both times were 96 degrees. I will continue to monitor.
