I guess it really depends on the person. I one have to say I would seriously doubt any quick option would work on me. I'm not a social smoker- I smoke to relax and medi. Smoke for breakfast, lunch, dinner, afterwork, beforework- sometimes it's just a pull off the spliff, sometimes it's the whole dam spliff...I have to agree that a sub sounds like the safest bet for me at this point.
