Ive always been terrible at time management, and now it's starting to come back and haunt me. It's getting near the end of this semester, I'm taking 13 credits, and I've never been the academic type. I've gotten a little behind in a couple of my classes cause I've been worrying about other classes, and admittedly slacking a little. One of the classes in particular I think I've pretty much fucked over my grade. I'm not even sure If I'll be able to complete the work required to pass and keep up with my other classes. Problem is it's one of the classes I need gor my major. I'm afraid to fail a class cause it's gonna fuck over my transcript. And failing a class related to a field you're trying to get a career in looks really bad So I figured maybe I could drop it, and take it again after reviewing the texts and when I'd know how much I need to dedicate to it.
I was talking with my mother about it and the problem is, with my health insurance I have to be a full time student. Dropping a class would make me not full time anymore at 10 credits (full time is 12). Well I kinda need health insurance, for contacts, and eye appointments not to mention the recent discovery that I might have a irregular heartbeat. Oh yeah and to cover maintance to my hearing aids, cause of my mild hearing impairment.

I'm kinda torn as to what to do. I'd really like to drop the class cause I think that'd look better than failing. But I also kinda like having health insurance...

Go directly to your Professers and lay things out for them.
That you have been having troubles studying and you need to remain at at least 12 hours and seeif there is a way to help you out.
I'm sure the University also has leasions & Social workers etc that can assist you.
You can get help and not have to worry about this alone.
There is help out there.
Just try not to mention the mj.Ya know? Heck, make up a problem if need be to save your tushy. A little white fib is all you need. Stress is a good one.
